What does it mean to place a pre-order?

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing and reserving an item before it is available for immediate shipping. This guarantees your piece is set aside for you, as many of our collections are produced in limited quantities.

Once your pre-order is placed:

  • You pay in full at checkout to secure your item.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with details of when your order is expected to ship.

  • As soon as your item is ready, we will notify you and provide tracking information.

Pre-ordering ensures you don't miss out on our small-batch, handcrafted pieces — it's your way of reserving a spot in the collection before it sells out.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and shipping information. Simply click on the tracking link in the email, or use the "Track Order" option and enter your order number.


What are your delivery options?

Delivery options vary depending on the item(s) you purchase and the shipping destination. At checkout, you will be prompted to select from the available shipping methods, and costs will be calculated automatically before you complete your order.

  • International Orders: We ship primarily with DHL Express for fast and reliable service. At a customer's request, we can also arrange shipping via UPS or FedEx.

  • South Africa & Botswana: We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

Please note that shipping times do not include order processing, which generally takes 1–3 business days.


Do you provide international delivery?

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. Our primary international courier is DHL, which ensures that your order reaches you quickly and in excellent condition. If you prefer, we can arrange UPS or FedEx upon request.


How do I return an item?

We do not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges or store credit if items are returned within our guidelines.


What is your returns policy?

At Koki Kamala, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We accept returns for store credittowards future purchases.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may result in a 15% fee or be deemed ineligible for store credit.

  • Bodysuits and swimsuits are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Once approved, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount of the order (excluding shipping fees and duties).


How can I contact your couriers?

When your order is shipped, you will receive your courier details and tracking number. You can contact DHL (or your selected courier) directly using this information for delivery updates.
